I’m Aku Sika and I am currently pursuing a PhD in Regenerative Medicine at King’s College London (KCL). I created this blog to share my journey through my PhD.

During my academic journey, I often wished I had guidance from someone who shared the same path. That’s why I started this blog – to provide the support and advice I needed back then to others now.
